Hilton Worldwide, Middle East & Africa, Launches Real Time Restaurant Reservations Powered By Table4Me

Table4ME, the UAE’s only real time restaurant reservations provider, has partnered with Hilton Worldwide, Middle East & Africa to provide real time reservations and distribution for several of their award- winning restaurants across the Middle East.

Hilton Worldwide, Middle East & Africa unveiled the new Table4Me real time restaurant reservation applications in 11 of its restaurants across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Fujairah. This includes implementation of the Table4ME booking service across their websites, Facebook pages and also an Iphone App for selected restaurants. Hilton restaurants to be utilising Table4ME includes award winners such as Table9, BiCe and Pachanga.

The new IPhone App has features that are cutting edge for the hotel and restaurant industries, including real time reservations, tactical selling of promotions, and social media integration. The diners can easily manage their own bookings through the App and automated confirmations are generated by the system instantly.  The Table4ME solution includes an iPad Host App, and the table management technology helps to optimize yield, manage guest relationships more effectively, track marketing campaign returns, and streamline reservation processes.

The announcement comes as the industry is experiencing an increase in hotel and restaurant reservations made on mobile devices. Hilton Worldwide already has one of the most successful mobile optimized websites in the industry and continues to build upon its legacy of innovation by developing products and services to meet the needs of tomorrow's savvy global travellers.
