Abu Dhabi, UAE, 20 October 2011: Musanada, the Abu Dhabi government shared services company, has launched a new Graduate Trainee Programme at NAJAH education, training and careers fair this week, as they to look recruit 20 Emirati graduates by year’s end to begin the intensive 18-month programme.
Covering all business divisions within the organisation, including building services and facilities management, technology services, and business support services, the new trainee programme has been designed to support the professional development of young UAE Nationals at Musanada, at the same time increasing their Emiratisation employee percentage within the company.
“Our goal at Musanada is to help the Abu Dhabi Government become one of the top five governments in the world,” said Mohammed Al Mansouri, senior recruitment specialist at Musanada. “To do this we need to find the best UAE National talent available.
“The new Graduate Trainee Programme has been specifically designed to attract the highest calibre of entry level talent – talent that can be developed to share our vision, and that is willing to invest energy into helping Musanada provide the government with the highest quality of services available.”
Attracting a record number of visitors over the first two days of the event, NAJAH has provided an ideal platform for Musanada to communicate their message and recruit the right talent. Today is the final day of the event, which is taking place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

“The trainee programme has received a huge amount of interest at NAJAH, and we have received plenty of applications already after the first two days of the event,” added Al Mansouri. “This is our first time participating here having finalised the programme.”
Established by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in December 2007, Musanada develops and manages cost-effective and responsive shared services for the Government of Abu Dhabi.
“We are looking to not only introduce this new programme to the public at NAJAH, but also want to use the event as a platform to present Musanada as a first-class graduate destination and career launch pad,” Al Mansouri continued.
NAJAH features more than 130 employers, education providers and training institutions looking to meet with the thousands of young Emiratis contemplating their future career direction and educational aspirations. The popular three-day Education and Careers Forum returned offering UAE school and university students advice from regional and international experts.
Now in its fifth year, NAJAH secured UAE Presidential Guard as diamond sponsor.
