Our client, a major subsidiary of the UAE?s largest conglomerate, is market leaders in the research, development and delivery of renewable energy solutions for the built environment. Responsible for one of the region?s largest schemes, they now have the need to recruit a Development Analyst to support the ever-growing development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business plans and financial models to monitor all types of property and infrastructure developments based on recommendations agreed with Development Managers. This role is suitable for a candidate looking to progress his career with an established and forward thinking semi-Government entity. You will hold a Degree in a relevant discipline and have between two and four years experience in development management for a leading real estate development business. Knowledge in structuring, negotiating, growing and completing real estate agreements is essential.
