Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the UAE was created with the formation of the United Arab Emirates in 1971. Abu Dhabi is a cosmopolitan city with urban architecture, lush green gardens and fountains. The city boasts of some remarkable landscape and public parks.
Abu Dhabi is the headquarter of all government activities in the Emirates. Being the capital, it is the head office of the president of the state, the cabinet, foreign embassies, and most of the oil companies, establishments and commercial markets amongst others.
