Adib Gold Campaign Marks 40Th Uae National Day

Abu Dhabi, XX November 2011: As the UAE prepares to celebrate the major milestone of 40 years of unification on 2nd of December, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a top-tier Islamic financial services group, is marking the occasion with the launch of its Gold National Day campaign.

All customers applying for home, personal or shares financing and Al Khair Liabilities Settlement of AED 75,000 or more will be rewarded with 4.0 grams of gold. The bank’s 40-day promotion, which began on 16th November and will end on 31st December, will give 40 new financing customers the opportunity to win 40 grams of gold each.

Commenting on the 40th UAE National Day celebrations, Tirad Mahmoud, CEO of ADIB, said, “The UAE National Day is a great opportunity for us to showcase our commitment to our customers and to cordially extend our congratulations to the leaders and residents of the UAE. On this occasion, we remember the late Sheikh Zayed who had the vision to establish a leading Islamic bank in Abu Dhabi. ADIB employees will gather for the UAE National Day celebrations and create a video that will be broadcasted on ADIB’s website and ADIB’s official pages on social media. Banners and advertisements for the campaign with images of ADIB employees will be put up across the UAE as part of the celebrations.


Commenting on the ADIB National Day Gold Campaign, Dhafer Luqman, Head of Product and Retail expansion at ADIB, said: “We are pleased to offer our valued customers a chance to celebrate with gold on the occasion of the UAE’s 40th National Day. All our financing products have highly competitive profit rates and are designed with the needs of the customer in mind. The ADIB National Day Gold campaign will make our products more attractive to customers while at the same time adding to celebrations of the UAE’s 40th Anniversary.”

ADIB Financing Solutions include a variety of Murabaha-based offerings that can provide customers with up to AED one million in personal financing in addition to home financing and Al Khair Liabilities Settlement.
