We are currently in search of filling the position of Sales Executive - Corporate at a 4* property in Abu Dhabi, Yas Island. The Sales Executive assists the department in generating new business for the hotel and achieving the financial and customer satisfaction goals. Job Role & Responsibility 1. To promote the hotel on the U.A.E. and International markets 2. To ensure all sales opportunities and future leads are followed 3. To actively promote and sell the facilities through client show rounds and familiarization events 4. To work closely with the local and national sales team to communicate key messages and strategic offers to target accounts 5. To monitor team results and to adjust activities to ensure objectives are reached 6. To manage own accounts 7. To attend international exhibitionsCandidate Profile 1. Good English verbal and written communication skills 2. Knowledge of local markets ie Abu Dhabi /Dubai 3. Self-motivated 4. Natural proactive attitude and excellent motivational skills 5. Able to conduct active selling and to fight the competition in the market 6. Role suited for someone looking to get into a complex sales roles from maybe a 2 or 3 star hotel. 7. 2/3 years of expereince in sales 8. Must have a driving license and a passion for being out on the road.
