The Grand Mosque is one of the largest and a magnificent mosque in Abu Dhabi. The Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi is a spectacular structure on the outskirts of the city, popular for its giant triple domed roof and the dome-shaped structure.
The official name of the Grand Mosque is Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque. The mosque has a 70-meter high dome and has 4 minarets, each 115 meters high, standing north, south, east and west.

Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi covers an area of more than 22,000 square meters and some 210,000 cubic meters of concrete and 33,000 tones of steel reinforcement was used in its construction. The mosque remains open at prayer times and is an active site of worship for the Muslims.
